Cake lovers love celebrating National Cupcake Week! Did you know it takes place annually from 17th – 23rd September? Taking part is simple by posting their cupcake creations using #NationalCupcakeWeek on social media platforms such as Instagram.
Celebrating National Cupcake Week! My kids absolutely adore baking. My goal has always been for them to become confident chefs, and it’s wonderful that they are! Baking can be both educational and enjoyable – think of all those maths skills they develop when measuring out ingredients! Our baking adventures have included pizza, gingerbread biscuits and creative cupcake creations such as Wimbledon inspired cupcakes, unicorn cupcakes, Tunnock’s Tea Cakes cupcakes and Gruffalo cupcakes!
At National Cupcake Week we decided to enlist our favorite Sylvanians as chefs! Little Sis is particularly fond of role playing with her Brick Oven Bakery and Cake Decorating Set from Sylvanian Families; ideal when she wants to simulate just like Mum!
The Sylvanian Families Cake Decorating Set is an adorable addition to their lineup. Featuring a toy poodle girl dressed for baking complete with an apron, as well as an array of cakes and decorations, my daughter absolutely adores playing with it – especially inside of her gingerbread house I made just for her!
