Halloween crafts can be both simple and entertaining! My children wanted to decorate our house this year so we created some clothes peg bats as decorations to hang up.
Equipment needed to create clothes peg bats include wooden clothes pegs, black acrylic paint, black paper, scissors, sticky tape and glue dots. To make clothes peg bats: (L-R) Paint the clothes pegs black with acrylic paint before leaving to dry completely.
Draw around your child’s hands on black paper, and then cut out.
Tape together two hand shapes at their wrists and glue on a clothes peg for arms. Next, create eyes or ears using pipe cleaners; otherwise you could create them from black felt or paper and glue them on as we did.
